We have a fixed hourly rate of $35/hour. Additional team members reduce the time spent in your home but not total cost. For example: 2 team members @ 3 hours = 6 billable hours.
We have a running special for initial cleans. You receive $25 off your total when you book 5 hours or more. Only applies to initial appointments.
Our quotes and invoices are not based on rooms or square footage, but actual time spent in the house. In our online booking form, you can specify your budget/time. On our first visit we will use the time spent as a rough estimate for your next appointment.
No! You only ever have to sign a cleaning agreement.
All cleanings must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time. Our cancellation fee is 25% of the non-discounted quoted price OR $35, whichever is greater. This is to cover expenses related to travel and lost company revenue.
We gladly accept cash and online credit/debit cards. Card payments are securely handled through an E-contract powered by Square. Card-on-file is required for appointment.

Absolutely. You and your property are covered with $2,000,000 in liability insurance and our employees are covered by the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta.
The cleaning agreement we send you is a document outlining the conditions of our cleaning services. We collect your card-on-file to ensure payment is received on day of cleaning completion.
